14) Do I have to be registered as an independent worker or freelancer in my country to submit offers for projects in ProyectLinkr?
To be able to bid for projects posted on our workspace you must have valid fiscal registration for freelancers in your country of origin.
15) How much should I pay as a freelancer to register to ProjectLinkr?
You can register to ProjectLinkr at no cost. However, for the various levels of services, ProjectLinkr has different subscription plans where you can find the most suitable alternative to your profile. Each plan has a different amount of monthly bids you can do. Once exhausted the offerings to which the user has a right under his subscription plan, there is the possibility of acquiring indefinitely € 25 vouchers that entitle you to do more deals. 16) How I can I register with Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn?
To use your social networking accounts to enter the platform you must first create your user on ProjectLinkr as a freelancer or as a company. When you register, you receive an email to activate your account. Once you activate your account, you can connect your social networking profiles (Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn) with your ProjectLinkr user. Thus, the next time you log in ProjectLinkr, you can do so with any of your networks. No matter what social network you enter, you will always be on the same account.
17) Why can’t I login with Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn?
If you have not connected your ProjectLinkr user with your social networks, you can not use them to enter the platform. You must first register and activate your account. Then you can connect your network with your profile. If you've already done all that and still can not enter, send a message to info@projectlinkr.com with your username and the e-mail address you used to register and we will contact you.
18) Can I post a project on the platform being a Freelancer?
Yes, both enterprises and service providers can publish projects to ProjectLinkr.
19) How I can publish a project?
To properly post a project is the first step for success. The better you explain the project and the expected results, the easier the offers will comply all requirements. It is also important that you provide as much information in file attachments and supplementary material as possible. To publish a project you have to be logged in with your profile. You will find several ways to do it: in the projects list that appears when you enter the Project Searcher or in your home page where you'll find a button called My Projects. There you will find the button to create a project. The title should be as descriptive as possible because it will be the first thing to appear in the search results and it is certainly what makes a service provider decide to open the project. The description should be as complete as possible. You should also ensure that the categories reflect the skills needed for the project, this way you ensure that the adequate providers receive the alert for your project. Other useful information for the provider is the partial delivery. That is, which products you expect to receive throughout the project to approve its development.
20) How I can select a freelancer for my project?
Once registered, the project will begin to receive bids from freelancers interested in offering their services. In addition to the freelancer's budget you can also count on supplementarity information, such as the evaluation received by the freelancer in previous projects, his professional profile and his portfolio.

23) Can I interrupt an ongoing project? How?
A project published on ProjectLinkr may be withdrawn at any time if the company decides so. If you accept an offer for a project and for some reason, the collaboration with the supplier does not accomplish, the company is able to republish its project. Once initiated the collaboration between the company and the supplier, ProjectLinkr is not involved in this part of the process.
24) How to correctly define the price of a project?
Prices for a project can be defined based on hours worked or by setting a price for the project. It is important to know the market prices for the area where the project is being developed to be used as a parameter to define the budget. It is fundamental to always consider the quality of services and professional relationship with a fair remuneration for their services. Therefore, we recommend the price of a project to be subject of deep reflection both of the company during the creation of a project and the freelancer at the time to define a budget for bidding. The aim of publishing a project in the workspace should not be getting the lowest price in the market, but to achieve an appropriate relationship between price and quality within the available budget.
25) Are the projects visible to people outside ProjectLinkr?
Yes, as long as a company accepts the website’s general conditions of use, the project data will be available for consultation from outside ProjectLinkr in search engines like Google. However, the company’s contact data will only be available to users who opt for the subscription plan LinkrPro.
26) What should I do if the company that hires me do not accept the results of a project in which I participate?
In the event that the company does not approve the results of a freelancer’s work, the parties must seek an understanding to prevent one of the sides to feel injured. ProjectLinkr does not make work intermediation, therefore we can not act as arbitrator in any disagreements between users.
27) How I can make an offer to a project?
To make an offer, you first need to register as a freelancer on ProjectLinkr. Then you find a project whose characteristics (object, place, price and other conditions) are of your interest.
28) How is the billing?
The professional relationship established at the time the company accepts the offer of a freelancer is between only two parties: the freelancer and the company. Payment methods and billing for services performed between Freelancer and Company are defined by themselves, not existing any responsibility from ProjectLinkr with these procedures.
29) How to correctly define the price of a deal?

In the menu "My Offers" you can check about the active offers (that is, those that have not yet been accepted or rejected), any bids requested by companies, the history of offers, the projects you follow (watchlist) and the questions you eventually sent to companies asking for clarification related to projects.
31) How I can send budgets to jobs/projects published?
Bidding on ProjectLinkr is very simple: when you find a project that is of your interest, click on its title to view its details. A window will open with the options of adding it to your list of Projects Following, of sending questions to the company, and of making an offer. If you are click on the button "Make an offer" it will open a window where you can set the price and conditions under which you are willing to work on this project.
32) How I can contact the customer directly?
Depending on the plan with which you have registered you will have access to customer contact data.

33) I am an SME and would like to bid for projects. Can I do it?
A small business may submit bids for projects if it is registered as a service provider. With this register, it may also publish projects as a company.
34) Can I evaluate companies that are in ProjectLinkr and their projects?
Once a project is completed, both the company will evaluate the freelancer and the other way around. The evaluation should portray the experience the freelancer had with the company, if it has complied with the contract, if he’s been given enough information for the completion of work, etc.
35) Who can I evaluate me, and when can they do it?
The companies with which you establish a working relationship within ProjectLinkr can evaluate your performance in each specific project you have worked.
36) Who can see the assessment I received?
The evaluations made within ProjectLinkr are public. Everyone who enters the platform can see them even if not registered.
37) Are the assessments reviewed?
The assessments can not be changed once published.
38) What I can do if I have a bad assessment?
If you have received a bad evaluation, you can contact the company to understand the reasons behind the assessment and try not to repeat it in future projects.
39) Who conducts the evaluations?
The freelancer or client who participated in a project can assess each other.
40) What is the purpose of the evaluation system?
The assessments are used to complement the profile of users and provide more information related to project performance. This way other users can take informed decisions about suppliers and projects.
41) Who pays me for the project executed (the company or ProjectLinkr itself)?
ProjectLinkr not a party in the employment contract established between companies and freelancers on ProjectLinkr, except in cases where ProjectLinkr itself is hiring a service. Payment is always made by the company or freelancer who registered the project.
42) How I can pay ProjectLinkr?
At the moment, only by PayPal, but in the near future you will be able to pay by credit card, debit and paypal, chargify.
