Based in Bruselas ,we need a Business Process Modelling Analist with the next Profile:

Nature of the tasks

- Analysis and documentation of requirements (user requirements, functional/non-functional, etc.) following the standards and methodologies established

- Creation of Prototypes

- Developing/maintenance of applications that reflect the specifications

- Definition and integration of technological components

- Integration of IT systems with other applications/subsystems

- Production of all the required technical documentation following the standards and methodologies established by the Contracting Authority

- Assistance with providing training to the administrators and end-users of the system (s)

- Formulation/elaboration/execution of test cases/programs

- Participation in the identification, analysis, revision and modelling of existing business processes and/or workflows ; in the analysis of business functionalities ; in the analysis and design process for IT systems (or business processes) relevant to Business Process Management (BPM). ;in the analysis of requirements and design of workflows for REA IT application

Knowledge and skills

- Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in application developments

- Good knowledge of Rational Unified Process (RUP) software development methodology

- Very good knowledge of object oriented analysis and design and Very good knowledge of UML

- Excellent knowledge of Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN)

- Excellent knowledge of practice, tools, techniques, standards and methodologies relevant to Business Process Modelling/Management (analysis, evaluation, design, modelling, etc)

- Ability to interpret and understand complex business procedures

- Very good knowledge of English (both written and oral)

Experience:

- Minimum 4 years of IT professional experience

- Minimum 2 years of analysis and programming experience

- Minimum 2 years experience with UML and modelling tools

- Minimum 2 years experience with BPMN

- Experience with using RUP for the development of IT systems/applications

- Very good knowledge of object oriented analysis and design

- Experience with relational databases (preferably Oracle 10g)

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Business Process Modelling/Management (analysis,evaluation, design, modelling, etc) and with business process management systems, tools and techniques/methodologies (e.g. BPMN)
