Protection of Personal Data.

I - The User declares that all information provided is true, complete and accurate and that, in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of the Law 15/1999 of December 13, on Protection of Personal Data, he expressly consent and authorizes his data to be incorporated into an automated file, which is responsibility of LEVERAGE, to be used for the following purposes:

a) The provision and billing of services.

b) The contact and contracting of third parties through the WEBSITE related to projects that have been previously supplied or demanded.

c) Notification of promotional agreements that LEVERAGE has signed with partner companies to provide the users of the WEBSITE certain products and services on attractive terms.

II - The information provided to serve on the user's public profile will be accessed by all Users.

III - The information provided that does not form part of the user's public profile and other data which can be obtained indirectly through billing, business reports or information from other Users, will only be accessed by LEVERAGE or its services providers, with whom LEVERAGE will sign the necessary agreements to ensure adequate protection and confidentiality of such information.

IV - The failure to provide the required information will prevent the the registering on the WEBSITE. The failure to provide the optional information may hinder the contact with other WEBSITE Users.
V - The User can exercise its rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition by e-mail sent to soporte@projectlinkr.com or by written communication sent to the following address: C / Balmes, 297, 1 º, 2 ª, 08006, Barcelona .

VI - In the event that the user exercises the right to cancel or oppose the data necessary for LEVERAGE to provide the services of the WEBSITE, it may terminate this agreement, unsubscribing the member without leaving to it any right of complaint.

VII - The WEBSITE uses cookies, which store user information relating to their access, and IP tracking, which are used for statistical purposes. Should he User not wish that those cookies are stored on his computer, he must change the settings of his browser.
